BJA Instructor Fabiano Telles is our lead coach for our Brazilian Jiu-jitsu program. Professor Telles is a Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Blackbelt under Adilison ?Bitta? Lima (Pitbull Gracie Barra). Professor Telles teaches several classes per week at our academy and handles all belt promotions. He is also available for private lessons. Professor Telles is our link to authentic Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.
Professor Telles began his BJJ training in Teresopolis, Brazil in 1993.
Fabiano served for three years in the Brazilian Army as a marksman.
Fabiano was a three time State BJJ champion in Brazil.
First place in the 1999 BJJ World Championship Trials
First Place in 1999 Pitbull Cup Championship.
Fabiano has helped coach several of our students to compete in and win local, national and international grappling competitions.
Fabiano also teaches at his Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Academy located in West Hartrford, CT (Underdog BJJ).
